Processing Times
• Standard Processing Time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• During restocks, launches, or sales, processing may take slightly longer due to higher order volumes.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order updates and/or ships.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they enter the fulfillment stage, as we begin creating and packaging your slime right away.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide! Shipping times vary depending on your location and the method you select at checkout.
Estimated Shipping Times:
• U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after processing.
• Canada: 7–14 business days after processing.
• International Orders: 10–21 business days after processing (may vary by destination).
All shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by customs, weather, or other unforeseen delays. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery times are outside of our control.

International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. We cannot mark packages as “gifts” or alter customs information.
If your order is held or delayed in customs, please contact your local postal service for updates.

Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order updates and/or ships. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
If your tracking shows your package as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us at hello@cosmicfoxslime.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages
While we carefully pack each order, we understand that things can happen during transit:
• Lost Packages: We’re not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Please contact your local postal carrier to file a claim.
• Damaged Packages: If your slime arrives damaged, please email hello@cosmicfoxslime.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll be happy to help resolve it!

Additional Notes
• All sales are final, as each slime is handmade to order (see our Return Policy for details).
• Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We’re unable to reroute or replace items shipped to incorrect addresses.
